The Dürr collection of manual air spray guns is designed for all kinds of tasks in multiple application areas. We supply a line of gravity feed spray guns that are primarily used for coating smaller areas like car body repairs, furniture lacquer application and other similar areas. We also have a line of pressure-feed spray guns that are primarily used for larger areas. Special variants of spray guns are available for heavy-duty application of high-solids materials like enamels or glazes.

Manual air-assist spray guns are the perfect choice for applying high-viscosity material under demanding surface quality requirements. Typical users are woodcrafters, who use them to provide perfect finishing for solid wood furniture with solvent and water based lacquers. Our wide range of nozzles make these spray guns a versatile tool. Spray guns can be fed by EcoPump VP packages.

Our manual airless spray guns are suitable for high-pressure paint application. They can be used for anti-corrosion protection coatings on large steel structures or for coating wood structures. Their functionality can be enhanced with extensions to help paint difficult-to-reach areas. The modular design of these extensions allows for different lengths and angles. Our airless spray guns use reversible nozzles, which are available in a wide range of sizes and angles.

Our wide range of automatic air spray guns is tailored to fulfill many kinds of applications across all industries. We have spray guns suitable for standard paint applications and special coverage applications in the ceramic or glass industry. We also supply a selection of spray guns that can be used for dot marking or for coating very small areas. All of our automatic spray guns are designed for fully controlled remote operation by production control systems.

Automatic air-assist spray guns are often used in batch paint application where they are a part of the automated painting process. Our gun is characterized by a stainless steel material path and separate air regulation for round and flat spray patterns, whilst the seal set is externally adjustable.

The Dürr EcoDose 2K and 3K units are electronic dosing systems suitable for high and low pressure applications.



They can be used in manual and automatic processes. Optimized for quick color changes and easy flushing, they enhance resource utilization and contribute to higher efficiency. Fluids are measured consistently and precisely, even media with different viscosities. Typical fluids handled are 1, 2 or 3K materials, water and solvent based paints, clear coats, top coats and monolayer paints.
